Dr. Lillian Lee is a lifelong student of the art of Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Her passion was first ignited by her mother who introduced her daughter to the power of the needles when she was just five years old. Lillian carried her interest in TCM with her to the United States, where it lingered in the back of her mind while she pursued a more traditional course through American academics. She graduated from UC Davis with a degree in Biology, and within a year, she began Doctorate studies at her alma mater in pharmicology/Toxicology. Her graduate work at Davis produced a number of published papers, finally culminating in a PhD.
Outside of her practice, Dr. Lee is endlessly busy. She loves to read and learn, often juggling three or four books at a time on her Ipad while running on the treadmill. She has a four and a half year-old son named Desmond who keeps her on her toes. He’s definitely a handful, but he’s a wonderful thing to come back to after a long day in the clinic.!!!!
