Beginning your day with a meditative yoga class can help you stay positive and focused. Our morning yoga class is designed to assist you in starting your day centered, relaxed, and tension-free. We will begin the class with guided meditation, energy movement, and breathing practices. We will then wake the body up with gentle movement synced with the breath, and as the class builds, we will explore the body, breath, and mind through different positions.
